Supply of kits means cheaper procurement of sheet metal parts and less tied up money in inventory, boosting your company’s bottom line. In addition, ordering sets greatly reduces the number of missing parts.
KOPS PRO is able to manufacture components for your products in sets. This means that for one of your products, we can prepare a set of all the sheet metal parts that belong to your product, making your ordering process much easier.
The delivery of the sets is usually done in so-called Smart Boxes, which are nothing more than wooden boxes specially made for your product, with a compartment designed for each part.
The set is complete when all the compartments are filled, so it is practically impossible to forget a part of the set. And the time wasted by your assembly workers searching for and preparing parts is greatly reduced.
The photo of the complete set is glued to the box and allows us to assemble the set correctly.
