Assembly

  • Kit deliveries. At KOPS PRO we supply many customers with product kits containing all the sheet metal parts necessary for the customer’s finished product. This reduces the overall cost for our customers, as they order sheet metal parts from only one supplier instead of several. In addition, the possibility of missing parts is greatly reduced, as this is prevented by the supply of material in a so-called Smart Box, which has a separate compartment for each sheet metal part.
  • Mechanical as well as electrical assembly is possible. Your product will arrive at the factory ready for further installation, shortening your delivery times and reducing costs.
  • Everything from one source – from development to assembly. KOPS PRO produces for you, so you can concentrate on sales and development, reducing fixed costs and increasing turnover and profits.
  • Achieving delivery times. Short-term planning in the production cell allows us to track delivery deadlines faithfully, as this reduces the complexity of production without the need for expensive software solutions. The cell manager plans for only 5-8 people on a weekly and daily basis. Tracking deadlines from our side will also enable you to keep your promises and thus increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, even if you are not the cheapest.
  • Stamping is an alternative to welding and spot welding and is increasingly gaining ground in modern assembly and joining. Such joining allows transport in several parts and reduces transport costs.
